Christmas has come and gone with the puppies getting more presents than the rest of us put together. Mostly edible I will admit although a few soft toys and balls crept in as well.

As you can see from the pictures Vader was more impressed than Chewie but she did perk up a bit later.

Only a few more days to go until Christmas and the puppies have been great. They have had some freedom in the house after a long walk but have been left in the hall if we have been running in and out. Life seems to have been crazy with very little spare time and hardly done any Christmas shopping. Have got a few things and as expected the puppies have loads of presents!

Managed to get Grandad’s presents in the post so hope they arrive on time - doubt all the cards will but better late than never.

Well after the remote control episode the puppies have been back in the hallway when we go out! They had the freedom of downstairs but not anymore!

Had a fantastic walk in Richmond Park on Sunday! It was a beautiful sunny winters’ day - bright and cold. Saw loads of Fallow deer and also quite a few Red Deer. Got a bit too close at one stage and Vader seemed to want to chase this huge stag but he was well behaved and didn’t. No swimming - it was far too cold but we had a great time.

We have had some rebellion again. For the first time ever one of the puppies (we think Vader) has chewed a remote control. It was for the DVD player that only gets used once in a while for the surround sound system but it was still a shock.

Not sure why but it may have been because he didn’t have any toys to chew up! They had taken about 15 upstairs and they hadn’t been brought back down. Oh well - not the end of the world!

Been playing a round with the site structure again as need more space for navigation with all the new videos that have been added. Also changed the navigation colours as I thought they were too bright!

Any better? Any opinions? How does the about page look on a PC with explorer? Haven’t tested it at all!

Puppies have been really good and we have had some great walks in the forest and the parks!

Spent most of last night and some of today playing old videos of the puppies. You really do forget just how small they were when we got them. Makes me want another couple of puppies but they grow so quick! I can always dream as there is no way we have room for any more!

Listening to them when they had diner was amazing! I think it took them 2 meals to learn to sit and wait. Now Vader is interested but Chewie even waits in the other room as she is so laid back.

Decided that it was rather silly to have such long videos so have been cutting them down to a more reasonable size but of course that will take time. Have left the holidays one up will I cut the other down and will then take that off and add smaller versions! The quality is not that good so think I may find the original tapes and reimport them onto the computer so of course that will take me a bit longer! No rush I suppose!

When playing with the video Vader can’t work out how the noises are coming out of the computer! He is so sweet with his puzzled look on his face! Do dogs have any concept of memory?

We have added some more video to the site - they are long and decided to add them as they are. Made them in an old version of imovie about 2 years ago. Have transfered them to flash though so everyone should be able to see them. May upload the first one again as I seem to have missed out the introduction that we made.

Puppies have been good when they have been left since last week - no more destruction which is good! Lets hope it continues!

For some reason the puppies( read Vader we assume) have decided to be naughty!

It is now 4 times that they have been left in the last week that we have come home to find some destruction in the house. Some papers, a pen, some tissue, the wall and a newspaper!

They are being walked twice a day so getting loads of exercise - wonder if it could be the road works outside or even fireworks!

Lets hope it stops soon!

Anne was really pleased with Chewie when she went back on Friday so lets hope she continues her recovery.

Well we are being really spoilt in the last few days. We have been to Greenwich twice in 2 days which was good fun, although yesterday was a bit wet! Saturday was fantastic in the sunshine and we chased loads of squirels. Chewie wasn’t too keen on chasing them though - perhaps she is still recovering from her anesthetic.

Today, however, we went to the beach and had a great time. The sun shone the whole time we were there! We were chasing our football in the water, running through the waves and running away from the waves as well. The water was cold but it didn’t bother us! We spent lots of time in the water and then we walked in the sand dunes to try to help us get dry. (it worked a bit). The humans had lunch so when we stopped we got a few doggy biscuits. After lunch we went for another walk and then came home. We were so tired we slept most of the way back. You can see us playing in the water if you watch our video.

Well we have been having fun in the park and chasing squirrels for the last few weeks. We even went to Wimbledon the other Sunday but didn’t find any wombles! Saw a few squirrels but Bugs wasn’t to be found either. Probably too nice a day to see him as it was so busy! We did have fun in the pond fetching sticks though!

It’s the time of year for our boosters - we have now been with the humans for 3 years and they are generally great to us! We haven’t been to see our favourtite vet, Anne for while, so the humans were discussing a time for our booster. Well I managed to break my toe-nail on our morning walk! Don’t know how I did it but it was broken pretty badly - so off I went to see my favourite vet.

After one look she decided that it would have to be cut back completely and as it was going to be so sore I had to be knocked out! That meant back the next day and no bedtime bonio or treats after 8pm.

Thankfully they looked after me very well and I was able to come home a few hours later, minus my toe nail and some fur! Vader has been looking after me and the humans are fussing over me as well.

PS Vader said he took his ball to the park when he went on his own and he had great fun. If it is OK with Anne we may go to Greenwich tomorrow!

Well our house is much quieter now that both Bertie and Grandad have gone. We are still getting loads of walks though, even though our glorious autumn sunshine has gone as the human has decided that it has been too windy to go play golf the past few days.

Not much else been happening here or on the site - must get some more video footage up of when we were younger and some more recent photos!

Well the last few weeks have been different. We have had people to stay which means all routines change. First we had little Bertie, a Westie with a big bark! Boy can he make some noise but he was generally pretty good, although very excitable especially when going for a walk. Funny thing though was he was pretty slow when we got there.

We also had Grandad staying for a week which was good fun too! He was in charge of Bertie most of the time and we got treats from him. We took him to Richmond Park, one of our favourites, so that was a nice few hours! He also came walking with us every day!

After much playing around (and a few naughty words) the videos have been changed to flash so hopefully everyone will be able to view them! You can definately see them in Safari and Firefox on a Mac so if you are using explorer then change to a better browser, or better still buy a mac!

It was our friends birthday yesterday and her crazy owner decided to have a party hats and all. It was pretty good though as we had a chicken and a party bag! Not too sure about the hats though!

Well the humans have been busy playing with a website for us! We have loads of photos to show and also some video.

Our home page has been built using Robbie White’s space gallery technique which is great fun. Robbie is a real cool guy who designs themes for Rapid Weaver, the best webdesign software you can get!
